WheelAI is built on a simple promise: your trading data stays on your device. We do not have a server-side database of your portfolio, and there is no login or account required to use the app.

What we store locally

Your positions, Wheel cycles, completed trade history, and settings are stored on your iPhone using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data is included in your encrypted iCloud device backup if you have one enabled, but is not transmitted to WheelAI.

What we send to our server

When you use a Pro AI feature (screener, strike advisor, next-step advisor), the app sends only the data needed for that request:

For the screener: capital, risk level, and current ticker symbols you hold (to avoid recommending duplicates)
For the strike advisor: ticker, position type, capital, risk level
For the next-step advisor: ticker, assignment price, share count, cost basis

We never receive your name, email, broker, or transaction history. We do not link AI requests to any persistent identifier.

Subscription verification

When you subscribe to WheelAI Pro, your purchase receipt is verified directly with Apple. Apple shares a transaction identifier with us so we can confirm your subscription is active. We do not receive payment information.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users. We can see aggregate page views and referrers, nothing personal.

The iOS app does not include any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.

Your rights

Because we don’t store your data, there is no profile to access or delete. To remove every trace of WheelAI from your phone, delete the app — your local SwiftData store goes with it.
